Customer acknowledges and agrees that should LTE wireless service be canceled for any reason within 2-years of the
activation date, an Early Termination Fee (ETF) of $10 per month per line of service shall apply for each remaining month of service left in the 24-month term. After 24-months the Service Agreement becomes a month-to-month Agreement. Furthermore, Customer
hereby gives Wireless Services Center permission to charge their credit card for
the Monthly Service Charge.
